The Journal of Laws has published provisions introducing a new definition of mobbing, a catalogue of exemplary mobbing behaviours, and increased compensation for non-pecuniary damage. The amendments will enter into force on 5 November 2026, and employers with at least 10 employees will be required to establish rules, procedures and the frequency of anti-mobbing measures no later than six months from that date.
