After several years as Chair of the Management Board, Dr Anna Bernaziuk is stepping down from this role. She has played an active part in the development of BDO Poland, strengthening the company’s market position and building an organisation based on professionalism, quality and client trust.
“I am stepping down with a sense of immense gratitude and satisfaction, knowing that I had the privilege of helping to shape BDO alongside such an exceptional team of people. I would like to thank all our staff for their commitment, professionalism and for the journey we have shared, and our clients for the trust they have placed in us every day. It was precisely these long-term relationships and the opportunity to support their businesses that were among the most important aspects of my role. I wish the new Management Board every success, courage in their decision-making, many achievements and continued satisfaction with BDO’s ongoing development. All the experiences gained during this journey together will remain an extremely valuable part of my professional career,” says Dr Anna Bernaziuk.
Edyta Kalińska is taking over as Chair of the Management Board; she emphasises that the changes to the Management Board represent a continuation of the company’s existing direction of development.
“It is a tremendous honour and responsibility for me to take on the role of Chair of the Management Board at BDO. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to my predecessor for her years of service, commitment and contribution to the development of our organisation. Thanks to her work, BDO is today a firm that enjoys the trust of its clients and a strong market position. Together with the entire Management Board, we will consistently implement our adopted strategy, develop our services and strengthen our relationships with clients and staff. I believe that, through the cooperation of the entire Management Board, we will effectively respond to market challenges and continue to build BDO’s strong position,” emphasises Edyta Kalińska.
The appointment of Piotr Gracz and Tomasz Reiter as Vice-Presidents is a key element of the new management model, based on even closer cooperation and drawing on the experience of leaders representing BDO’s key areas of activity.
“This is a great honour for me and, at the same time, a commitment. I believe that, thanks to close cooperation across the entire Management Board, we will support our clients’ development even more effectively and strengthen BDO’s position as a trusted business partner,” says Piotr Gracz, Vice-Chairman of the Management Board.
“We face further ambitious challenges ahead. We want to develop BDO as a modern, effective and collaborative organisation. I am convinced that, together, we will consistently implement the company’s strategy and create even greater value for our clients and staff,” adds Tomasz Reiter, Vice-Chairman of the Management Board.
The changes to the Management Board represent a natural stage in the organisation’s development and ensure the continuity of the strategy being implemented, as well as the further strengthening of BDO’s position as a trusted partner for clients and employees.
We wish the new Management Board every success in implementing BDO Poland’s next ambitious development plans.
