As of 13 October, the provisions of the Act of 9 February 2022 on Amendment to the Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships and some other Acts, are in full force, modifying the Act – Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships [Kodeks spółek handlowych- KSH]. The said re-enactment regulated the aspects related to operation of groups of companies with respect to the company management and supervision.
