The government is planning further simplifications in the Tax Ordinance

The Council of Ministers has adopted a bill amending the Tax Ordinance Act and certain other acts, the aim of which is to simplify tax law, reduce bureaucracy and improve taxpayer protection. The new solutions include, among other things, a ban on initiating fiscal penal proceedings solely for the purpose of stopping the limitation period for tax.
