BDO Alert: Ministry of Finance announces a deferral of penalties for errors in KSeF until the end of 2027

The Ministry of Finance has commenced work on a draft bill that extends the period during which taxable persons are not fined for errors related to the use of the Domestic e-Invoice System (KSeF). The requirement to use the system and the liability for inaccurate tax reporting remain unchanged.
