In mid-February, the government released a draft of a new law on collective labour disputes (print UD408). As highlighted in the explanatory memorandum, the proposed amendments aim to adapt the legislation to the changing market situation and to prevent actions that are perceived as detrimental to the relationship between employers and trade unions representing the interests of employees.
