BDO decided to acquire more than 50% of shares in the HBC Company Sp. z o.o. - firm specializing in the reorganization of production processes. The cooperation of both companies will be implemented in the development of services provided by BDO Corporate Finance Department.
HBC will operate under its current name, but will have the right to provide information that is a part of BDO. After the fusion, the operating name will be changed on the BDO-HBC Company o.o.
- Thanks to this cooperation we will be able to offer our services to present clients of BDO, and jointly create new products. We will become a part of BDO Academy, which will enable the development of trainings in Lean Management - says Jarosław Sobkowiak, Managing Partner HBC Sp. z o.o.
CEO of BDO Andre Helin points out, that BDO wants to develop and offer its customers a wider range of services.
- I am convinced that together with HBC will become the leader on the Polish market in terms of business reorganization, process improvement and the implementation of Lean Manufacturing - adds Andre Helin.
According to Sebastian Kochaniec, vice president of HBC, the agreement will create the value not only for both companies, but mostly for all clients.
Services provided by HBC focus on change management, including companies reorganization or selected areas. These solutions are based on Lean Manufacturing. As part of its projects HBC also provides services of Interim Management.
On the other hand, BDO is an international consulting firm, which has operated on the Polish market for 25 years. It provides services in audit and accounting, tax and legal advisory, financial advisory, Business Services & Outsourcing. It also has a dynamically expanding training department, which annually uses 10 thousand people.
HBC is a company with over 13 years of experience in projects implementation aimed the processes improvement, costs reduction and more efficient use of resources.
