Crisis Shield – advisory services

We will help every company understand and use the state assistance package. To alleviate the effects of the coronavirus pandemic the government has prepared two special bills. The first went into effect on 31 March, the second was passed on 9 April. A large portion of the two bills consists of an assistance package for companies encountering problems because of the state of epidemic. To help you take advantage of the solutions arising out of the first and second crisis shield as quickly and extensively as possible, we can provide you with comprehensive advisory services. They will include a precise determination of the form of assistance you can use, and then prepare the complete set of necessary documents.

In particular, we specialize in the following applications:

  • Implementation of economic stand-down or reduction of employee work hours
  • Payment of stand-down benefits for traders and those working based on civil law contracts
  • Exemption from ZUS premiums for micro-traders and the self-employed

Consultations

We are also offering online consultations with our experts, who will provide all of the necessary information and will indicate precisely what form of assistance is available to your company.

Consultations are conducted using video conference tools. You will be able to get answers to all of your questions relating to the crisis shield.

The above service is subject to an hourly rate.
